Fees and commissions
Viewing fee per one day service:

- Short inspection trip(upto 3 properties)- 30 EUR
- Full time inspection trip(3- 7 properties)- 50 EUR

Collection from the airport( Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv)and driving back - 80 EUR

Fee for setting up a Bulgarian limited company, including all
government, court, solicitor, etc. taxes and fees and translations.

Fee for declaring the new ownership before the Tax Authority
Service and registering new electricity, water, telephone bills-50 EUR

Fee for organizing and completion of renovation and decoration
works as well as management and surveillance of new development- 2%
on the price of the repairs and construction, min 250 EUR

Agent's fee- 3-7% of the purchasing price


After sale services- 30 EUR/day
